- Organization and leadership
HCIC designs and moderates strategy offsite meetings and workshops for senior client leaders and executives, drawing on its worldwide network of experts to clarify specific issues. HCIC prepares these conferences in detail with clients, conducts preparatory interviews with managers, as needed, serves as workshop facilitator, and follows up with an evaluation of the findings and recommendations. In this role, HCIC acts as a neutral, objective moderator of the discussions, with a detailed understanding of the issues to be clarified, and measures its impact in terms of our clients’ success.
